The challenge

Designing for state government means compliance, accessibility and scale at the same time. The program architecture had to be complete before a single module was built, and the assessments had to produce competency evidence the state could verify.

What I did

  • Mapped every learning objective to state standards before building any content.
  • Sequenced content for retention across LMS-based instructor-led and on-demand courses.
  • Built the assessment framework to surface competency evidence the state could verify.
  • Produced facilitator guides, assessments, job aids and full compliance documentation.
