More than 500 professionals across multiple departments had to adopt a new enterprise platform at the same time. Each role had different workflows, different risk levels and different learning curves.
What I did
- Built matrixed performance pathways in the LMS so users could pick the path that matched their role.
- Created role-based micro-learning content.
- Delivered a blended ecosystem that enforced operational compliance milestones.
- Developed courses in Articulate Storyline and Vyond.
